You can make a good macaroni salad that is inexpensive with macaroni and california blend vegetables. you just blanch the vegetables to unthaw them and you cook the macaroni and add italian salad dressing to it .

Jello with fruit is another family favorite which makes a dessert whch is good for kids to eat .Put a little whipped cream on it and it will become a family favorite.

Peel and dice around 6 potatatoes

cook the potaotoes until you can get a fork through them

cook 1/2 pound of bacon and dice it

fry one onion diced along with 1/2 cup of celery in to tablespoons of butter

combine all ingredience and cook for 45 minutes

serve with whole made biscuits or special bread from your local grocery .
